An index of experiments — not a product catalog.

Labs is an index of side projects, experiments, and post-mortems by Andri. Some are live, some are rotting quietly, some are dead with lessons learned.

Nothing here is a product. Everything is built to learn, to scratch an itch, or to see whether an idea holds up past the first weekend.

Infrastructure

Projects are hosted across Hetzner and managed through Coolify.

Status vocabulary

  • Live — deployed and expected to work
  • Active — under active development
  • Experiment — weekend-ish prototype, may or may not survive
  • Rotting — still up but unmaintained
  • Broken — known to be broken, not yet fixed
  • Decommissioned — intentionally taken down
  • Graveyard — dead, kept here as a post-mortem
