Netfridur is a managed home network security and parental-control service for Icelandic households. It protects the whole home at the network layer instead of relying on per-device apps, covering phones, tablets, laptops, game consoles, smart TVs, and IoT devices connected to the household network.
The product combines Firewalla security hardware, optional UniFi WiFi infrastructure, Icelandic setup and support, content filtering, screen-time schedules, phishing and malware protection, ad/tracker blocking, usage reporting, and managed follow-up. The site also includes ISP partner flows for Sýn and Síminn, including mobile-network protection add-ons.
Built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4, Framer Motion, Lucide React, and React Three Fiber / Three.js for product visuals. The content system includes TypeScript blog articles for educational material around parenting, safety, and home network security.
